This piece is beautiful, and while there are many out there who dislike "anime styled" portraits, claiming it is unoriginal, I feel otherwise, especially about this drawing. Adding touches of pink on the nose and around eyes is uncommon. The contrast between the red hair and the green vest and hat, the shading and highlights of the face and clothing, and design of the background make it aesthetically pleasing. There was only one thing I disliked, a minor detail, but I noticed that the character itself and the background appear to be of different mediums. She is indeed very original, however, the freckles and the slightly pointed ear define her.
